Hey guys. Just a quick recipe post with my 30 minutes ago discovered favorite protein pancake recipe (because I should be working on my presentation for tomorrow instead of writing a post):
This one was so easy to make. I just whisked together the egg white and protein powders, added some water until I got a pudding-like texture and whisked in some cinnamon. Then I heated my pan to medium-high heat, drizzled it with olive oil, poured in the batter, baked the pancake for 30 seconds each side and topped it off with a little of my favorite (no sugar added) peanut butter.
I hope you enjoy this healthy snack. Of course you can double/triple the ingredients and add some fruit to make it a full size meal. Have a nice Monday night!
