6. Shadow Boxing: short, short, long Punch (changing sides)

Jump’n‘Kick

timer: 50 seconds on / 10 seconds off (15 rounds) – 3 sets of 5 exercises

1. Front-Kick + Touch Ground, right leg (*pic + touch ground with right fingertips)

2. Front-Kick + Touch Ground, left leg

3. V-Sit Up

4. Reptile Push Up (*vid)

5. 3 Squat-Pulses (*vid) + Jump’n’Clap

Cardio Blast

timer: 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off (40 rounds) – 5 rounds of 8 exercises

1. Ropeskipping – simple

2. Jumping Jacks (*pic)

3. Ropeskipping – backwards

4. Scissor-Jumps

5. Ropeskipping – side to side (keep your feet together)

6. High Knees (*pic)

7. Ropeskipping – twist (keep your feet together and twist your hips)

8. Hand-to-Toe Kicks (*pic)
